Mujer de cuerpo escultural muestra al mundo los “daños” provocados por su embarazo

Muchas mujeres temen que el embarazo destruya su físico. Sin embargo, valoran más la felicidad de ver la sonrisa de un hijo.

Esto es lo que creía Emily Skye, una profesional del finess cuando decidió quedarse embarazada.

Emily Skye es una profesional del fitness famosa por su formidable cuerpo. Llegar a tener ese físico requirió mucho esfuerzo, duras rutinas de ejercicios y una estricta dieta.

Pero estaba más que dispuesta a perder su forma para tener un hijo con su pareja.

Emily ha compartido orgullosamente los cambios que ha ido experimentando su cuerpo durante y después del embarazo.

Every night @recdedmond and I fall asleep with our hands on my belly feeling our precious one kicking and rolling. Según informa Womenshealth, tras dar a luz a su hermosa hija Mia en el mes de diciembre, se puso manos a la obra para recuperar parte de la condición física que tenía antes del embarazo.

Emily admite que “físicamente hablando, nunca seré la misma” (lo que no es una mala cosa), dijo en una foto de sus abdominales antes del embarazo junto a otra de su estómago dos meses después de dar a luz.

Physically speaking I will never be the same (which isn’t a bad thing) and I’m making the most of what I’ve got. I’ve still got loose skin on my belly but my abs are beginning to make a comeback – which shows me that what I’m doing is working (following my FIT Program)! . Some people misunderstand my reasons for living a fit and active lifestyle and think it’s “selfish” because I’m now a mum. Being fit, strong and healthy is important to me mainly because of how it makes me feel. And if I feel good I’m happy, and I’m a much better mum to my daughter Mia and a better partner to my man Dec and so on. I also like being strong for myself because I like it and I love the look of a strong physique! My focus is always on being healthy but I like to look good too and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to look good!! I’m not sure why there seems to be a stigma attached to wanting to look good. As long as I’m not ever sacrificing my health to look a certain way and as long as it doesn’t negatively affect my family I don’t see anything wrong with it – in fact I see everything RIGHT with it! . Do what makes you happy regardless of what anyone else thinks – as long as it doesn’t directly hurt anybody. – These are words I live by and what I’ll instil in my daughter. The last thing I want is for her to live to please others (like I used to) – there is a difference between showing love and doing nice things for people and trying to constantly please others at the expense of your own happiness. . This lifestyle makes me happy so I’m going to keep living it and I encourage you to live a life that makes you happy too. 😃 . 10 weeks postpartum progress check! . It’s hard to notice changes when you see yourself everyday. I’ve been really consistent with sticking to my FIT Program and @recdedmond told me that I’m looking great and getting leaner. I couldn’t see it myself and said “no I’m not” – Dec then told me to stop being so hard on myself and that I’m not seeing what he’s seeing. He said to go take some progress pics and look at them – So I took these today and I can see a difference! I AM getting leaner and my tummy is coming in! Every day I’m feeling stronger, fitter and more energetic! 😃 . When you start seeing & feeling results it’s the best motivation to keep going! Usually it just takes a little while to actually start seeing changes but you’ve just gotta keep at it! . Emily tiene un programa de ejercicios y dieta que difunde a través de internet y quiere demostrarse a si misma no sólo que vale la pena apostar por la maternidad, sino que con esfuerzo se puede recuperar parte de la forma perdida.

Además, nada mejor que hacerlo ante la dulce y atenta mirada de su pequeña.

I did a resistance band workout today. Mia didn’t want to be away from me so I brought her outside with me so she could watch me. It worked out well because I got to give her kisses in between sets! 💋😍 . It’s hard to get a workout in with a newborn who needs their mummy constantly but I fit it in when I can – as long as it’s not taking me away from Mia. . I’m feeling so good being able to exercise lightly! It reminds me why I started living this lifestyle in the first place (about 8.5 years ago). Being healthy and active makes me feel great! Poco a poco, se van notando los resultados. Aunque todavía no cabe en la ropa que lucía antes del embarazo, su nueva forma física es envidiable.

I just did a midnight home workout while Mia slept! She woke up for a feed so I gave her a quick cuddle (can’t resist) then Dec cuddled her while I had the quickest shower ever to wash my hair. I’m pretty sure most of the mats are still in it from wearing buns 27/7 haha! 😂🙈 #mumlife . When Mia wants milk she sure let’s me know about it! 😝🍼 . And yep I’m still wearing Declan‘s shorts and I have to wear 2 bras! 😝🍼 . It’s not easy, I’m tired, I have less time than ever and I have a long way to go to get anywhere near the fitness level I was at pre-baby, but I’m getting there ONE STEP AT A TIME! 👊🏼😃 . I see my OB tomorrow and then I can start my own FIT Program with all my beautiful members and can step it up a notch!
